What it returns

  • Free plan: HUD Fair Market Rents and Small Area Fair Market Rents, FY2027 and FY2026, with effective dates and source links.
  • Paid plans: tax-credit (LIHTC) rent and income limits, HUD's Section 8 income limits, and local housing agencies' payment standards where we have collected them.

Every answer carries the effective date and a link to the official source file.
